La Barre approached us with an ambition to build more than a fitness studio. The goal was to create a lifestyle brand capable of fostering loyalty, attracting new audiences, and becoming part of the broader cultural conversation surrounding wellness in Saudi Arabia.
Our role extended beyond traditional branding. Working alongside the team, we developed strategic marketing initiatives, partnership opportunities, campaign concepts, and experiential activations designed to support both brand growth and community engagement. Through collaborations with brands across fashion, luxury, automotive, and wellness—including Porsche and Alo Yoga—we created experiences that translated the brand's values into tangible moments. Each activation was approached holistically, from strategic thinking and concept development to creative direction, event design, guest journeys, and branded assets. Every touchpoint was designed to increase visibility, strengthen customer retention, attract new audiences, and reinforce La Barre's position as a leading wellness destination. The result was a growing ecosystem of campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that transformed marketing from a communication tool into a platform for community building and long-term brand equity.
