Lunaya was developed for Zaya, one of Dubai's leading real estate developers, as the identity for a new residential community. My role covered the project from A-Z, including strategy, naming, positioning, visual identity, creative direction, and launch assets.

The challenge was creating a brand that could stand alongside an established developer while carving out its own space in a competitive real estate market. The positioning centered on a simple idea: bringing nature back into everyday urban living.

This concept informed the naming, identity system, icon development, sales collateral, marketing materials, and environmental applications. Every element was designed to support the commercial launch of the development while building long-term recognition and value for the project.

The result is a scalable brand system that translates seamlessly across print, digital, sales, and physical touchpoints, helping transform a property development into a recognizable destination brand.
